Ryan has been gathering knowledge of Portland’s real estate market since he moved to Oregon at 5 years old. While growing up, one of his favorite things to do on a weekend was going to open houses with his mom. Just for fun! After moving away to go to college in New York City, he returned to Portland to start a career. Soon after his return to Oregon in 2003, he met Dave Axness and they have been working together ever since!
